There is a full time vacancy in my office for full time as I'm part time my manager said they can't give
Me the full time contract?

What is Royal Mail policy in part time to full time

Policy is the most senior person gets the vacancy regardless of hours they work, depending on if it's a position selected by skills, then it's the most senior suitable, all in the way forward agreement
