Pay deal 2016.

The current pay deal has run out and time to negotiate is near. Last time we were lumped in with the posties but it seems to me that we have two different agendas.
We have seen an increase in parcels and so called "targets" rise every time they invent a new improved computer tool. What do other Parcelforce members think we should be looking for?

its all very well having a new and improved computer tool saying that if we do it this way we can achieve this and that,,but,,we are human beings,,and humans tend to break,,you can only drive on an empty tank for so long before the car stops..EVERYONE needs to stop trying to look nice with the management,,and start going back to basics,,start at your OFFICIAL start time,take ALL your LEGALLY entitled breaks and finish at your OFFICIAL finishing time,,do ONLY what you are paid to do,,no more and no less.,The problem is that drivers going into work early to make things easier for themselves is having a detrimental affect on the BSI,,the management are using this free time against drivers to give a false and totally unachievable target based on false hours,,if a driver goes into work 30 mins early a day, every day,,thats 10 hours free work the company are getting every month,,120 hours a year.for free,,1200 quid you are giving the company,,are you drivers who do this happy with that now?,,and then they have the balls to tell you that your not performing, ..I know what I'm doing,
