HELP NEEDED URGENTLY!!!

Hi,
Can anyone help me find policies on Stress at work, mental health management & support, rehabilitation please???
i have been informed that my rehab plan when i go back to work this week is only for 1 week!!!
Even though i have been off work for just under 3 months.
i have a face to face with my manager tomorrow and i think this is to much to quick.
Are they setting me up to fail???
Please help i'm at my wits end about them not knowing about these policies!

Best advice I can give is ensure you have your CWU rep there and informed. Take any help offered, because not only may it actually work, but no one can accuse you of not trying.

Just look after yourself. Hope you are feeling better soon.
