Credit where it is due, I've just been checking the online tracking of the last 20 items posted
14 were sent 1st Class recorded, 13 arrived next day & the other on the second day....for every one the online tracking had been updated
6 were sent 2nd Class recorded of them 2 arrived next day & 4 arrived on the second day....again every one had tracking updated online

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The nice woman in my local DO didn't even shout at me when she phoned me to say she couldn't find my items due for redelivery and I had to confess to making two requests in error and they had actually been delivered earlier
