Re: Christmas 2015 Pay Dates
Is the Christmas bonus £200 nationally ?
I've recently moved offices and we were talking about it this morning, they looked at me oddly when I said it was £200 ! They seemed to think its £100 ?

Re: Christmas 2015 Pay Dates
It clearly says on the notice board the pay is £100 for full timers pro rata for P/T.
Some people in this thread are convinced its £200 but ive seen the notice clear as day and people in our office have made comments about how its halved. Are different offices getting different bonusses???!!!!

£100 + £100 = £2004 Christmas Pay Supplement
The Christmas pay supplement of £100 for full time OPG and OSGs (pro-rated for part timers) will be paid on Friday, 18 December. The eligibility criteria for the Christmas bonus payment will be the same as last year, based on the four December weeks (commencing 23 November). In the unlikely event of any industrial action the abatement criteria will be drawn from the PBS agreement.
The separate payment of £100 (pro rata for PT employees) agreed in the National Joint Statement - New Incentive Arrangements June 2012 will also be paid on Friday, 18 December.

Re: Christmas 2015 Pay Dates
Can I just clarify please before some people get their hopes up. This extra £100 only applies to those that recieved the shares in 2013. I started a week after the shares deadline so I didn't get a penny which means I probably won't get £200 pro rata, only £100 pro rata on 25hrs which is about £60. I think it was something about employees starting before July 2013??!!

See above which my rep told me. Not everyone will be entitled. If my rep is wrong then great for everyone but if he's right then anyone who joined RM in the last 2 and a half years will get the £100 Pro Rata.aiden01 wrote:How many times has it got to be repeated its £200 allin pro rata for ptpostiewhite wrote:It clearly says on the notice board the pay is £100 for full timers pro rata for P/T.

Re: Christmas 2015 Pay Dates
LTB 455/12 - Colleagueshare/New Incentive Arrangements – Royal Mail/CWU National Joint Statement
So no dates apply except working for RM for the 4 weeks before Christmas. Nothing about shares - mainly because the LTB detailing the bonus came out 18 Months before privatisation.
It was £200 last year as well http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... 15&t=65904" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and 2013 http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... 15&t=56418" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
in 2012 we got £100 at Christmas and £100 in June see the first link for those details.
http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... 43&t=45617" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;From 2013 onwards, for the Royal Mail OPG grade, the underpinning £100 will be paid as an additional and ongoing increase to the existing Christmas bonus. For all other Royal Mail Grades and Parcelforce Worldwide employees, the principle of the ongoing £100 payment is secured and will be paid in either December of each year, or through other tailored arrangements if both parties agree.

Re: Christmas 2015 Pay Dates
I hope so then cos otherwise £60 bonuses based on my contract is a bit dire considering I regularly work full time hours especially over christmas. Not just for me but for other employees as well.

Re: Christmas 2015 Pay Dates
Is the xmas bonus based on how many hours you do over the pressure or your contracted hours?
If I remember correctly it used to be based on what you did over the two week pressure.

If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next
