I've just started as an Angard 'Flexible Resourcing Employee' at the Jubilee MC, at a pay rate of £6.75ph for the first 12 weeks.
But I've just seen an advert on the Royal Mail site https://jobs.royalmailgroup.com/job/Chr ... /56643601/ for 'Christmas Casuals' with an identical job description, but being paid £8.25ph.
Should Angard not be paying the same rate?
Are there any advantages to being an Angard FRE rather than an RM CC?

Re: Angard 'Flexible Resourcing Employee' v Royal Mail 'Christmas Casual'
Christmas Casuals are employed on short-term contracts, typically 3-5 weeks. In the past you couldn't work as a Christmas Casual whilst being employed by Angard, so if you were to go the Xmas Casual route but wanted to stay on after you'd have to re-register with Angard.
