How does that work? The duties paired together will have been made so that there are loops for the driver and loops for the walker. Do you do both loops? Isn't the frame set up for van share? Has the duty been timed the way you are doing it?
What was the point in having a revision, having planners plan new duties and delivery methods if they are going to be ignored?
My dury has a lot of 'loops' that aren't loops. The walker gets dropped of at one place with his trolley and meets the driver a couple of miles away. How would that work for you? You'd be dead walking back to where ever you parked, pulling an empty trolley.
