If they care about well being and health and safety so much why give us storm proof coats that you stay dry in for a couple of hrs (if they are new), shoes not designed for walking lands end John ogroats every 15 weeks and trolley's that have no handles and are falling to bits (have tried ordering a new one, they have non)?
