Taken off duty/start time changed

Being threatened with being taken off my duty or having my start time changed because I don't want to work overtime to complete everyday.
Feels like I'm being singled out as others can leave mail and nothing is said, but it's a different story with me.
Nagging question in my mind is if the majority of duties can't complete without going over, am I being treated differently because there are times I am unable to work late?

i'm sure tis will be of no help but it is difficult to chase this as at the moment it's (only) a threat, and one that they would more than likely deny.
For the days when you experiance difficulties you could tomorrow go see your rep and ask for your duty to be monitored. If you find that you are being compared to others, have others tested too to find out how you could benefit but more likley highlight them running, not using the tools and taking short cuts and not taking breaks.

what i have found is that lino's and DOM's don't ask how others are managing to do it only why you are not, well nows the time to turn the tables. Find out how they do it, recntly one manager said there is so much time in our duties because people could double up. i said thats possible but why are you also not asking how they can double up aswell, and that management only care that the job is done and not how its done.
