We had an agreement that each tray of mech was to take ten nimutes. Now some dazzling new non-fiddleable way of measuring exactly what is in each tray has been pulled out of someone's arsehole and each tray has an exact time that it is suppose to take. So who knows if this is true and agreed or not?

The planning tool is on about the planning tool known as IWT. It's not a requirement for OPG to match the IWT, its a plan/tool designed so that managers can resource properly.
