Could someone tell me when is the agreed date for when leave should be sorted out for 2016/17 ?

Think it was the end of October, our holidays still haven't been sorted

yes this needs to be done asap, the business agreed to this and must resourse to ensure its completion. Probably 5 or more years ago we were in a similar position and the dsm was saying yes we'll get it done soon, really soon Our area rep said 2 weeks after this we will inform the workforce that the business is in breach of a national agreement and we have made representations to the business in the strongest terms and will see this oout as far as HQ if needs be, the business even though it agreed to do this sees their priorities elsewhere. We understand the members concerns re booking holidays and associated arrangements and would advise memebers to book their holidays and leave the fallout to RM and HQ. To be fair it ran over by a couple of days but the main holiday booking was complete and what was left was odd days which some got what they wanted some did'nt and some took when they wanted argument being the business failure to abide by national agreement. Those that didn't were understandably affraid to take it when they wanted it or just wanted a quiet life despite local support, they listened to managerial and rumors.
