Can anyone clarify that a resignation is not classed as a 'good leaver' and that you lose your right to the Shares if you leave.

I believe, if you are 60 or over, than you are classed as early retiring, and therfore still entitled to your shares.

Correct - anyone leaving after their 60th birthday is deemed to have retired and receives all their share allocation .
