Hi I am given family friendly for 1 day 23.15pm-9am and I finish on a Friday morning at 7.30am do i have to give back 1.5 hours back to royalmail please help me thank you

If you are given family friendly hours only if it's for one day only I finish 7.30 am on a Friday morning my usual time is 9 am finish do I have to give back the 1.5 hours back please can you help me thanks

you should have already agreed what would happen to the 1.5 hour shortfall when you agreed your family friendly attendance pattern

In a nut shell yes, you could come in 1/2 hr early for 3 days.

Not specifically because there are so many different ways of working flexibly.

If they are paying you your full contract hours then yes you will have to work the 1.5 hours elsewhere.

If they have reduced your contract by 1.5 hours a week then, no you won't have to work it back.
