Minimum size of office to be a Rep ?

Is there a minimum size of office you have to work in to apply to become a rep ?

I work in a Sub-office of under 10 posties and we have no rep at our parent office , could I apply to represent the guys in my office ?

Also , would I be expected to cover our parent office ?

There are instances where SPDO member's have their own Rep. From memory I do recall one Unit of three members with a Rep, the key factor would be the actual Managerial interface. This can vary wildly since SPDO's have a wide variety of Managerial 'arrangements' from cluster managers to the DOM of the parent Office. As for Unit Reps covering more than one actual office it is indeed up to your respective Branch and Area Rep. (The Branch being responsible for the organisation within the Union and the Area Rep being the next person up in the Industrial Relations Framework).

If an spdo doesnt have a rep, when things like a revision crop up, does their union meetings `still count` even though a rep isnt present ?
