Rolling day off example
Hi can somebody provide an example of how the rolling day off works. Clearly you get a Sunday off but how does the rolling day work round this? Cheers

One week you have Saturday off, the next Monday and continue to infinity. Of course that means every 6 weeks or so you'll get a Saturday, Sunday and Monday off in one go.

Monday off is good but the long 5 day week drags.
Tuesday off is nice (like Friday) because you can just grin and bare it and you are off again. Also, working your day off Tues is easy work for the money!
Wednesday is always nice because you know you missed a heavy day.
Thursday isn't great but you usually need a rest by then.
Friday (like Tuesday) is good because Saturday seems really short after a day off and you are back on a weekend again.
Saturday is always nice to have off because it makes you feel normal and you can spend it with your family, plus you have the knowledge of a good rest and the coming Monday off to yourself. Or you cream the overtime because most don't want it and you can take the good stuff or leave it.
