cancelled interview, can I book another one?

I was invited to a registration event but then I realized I dont have all the necessary documents, so I cancelled my interview. I cancelled it online, I just clicked on the 'cancel interview' thing and ever since then I have been logging in every day to see if there are any available slots but it just says '0 open slots - cancelled interview'. If there are open slots, will it automatically show up on my profile or do I have to call them and ask them to send me another invitation to a registration event? And would they do this if I explained why I had to cancel the first time?

I cancelled my interview too and 2 weeks later I still didn't get another open slot so I emailed the helpline and they said they could not help me. I gave up and found another job. My friend then applied for the same job and got an open slot at once.

I withdrew my application and I made another account and applied on it. I got invited to a registration event but a few minutes after I got the email about the event, I logged into my account and saw that my interview was deleted and if I clicked to edit my application, it wasnt there. So they figured out it was a duplicate account and deleted my interview slot. However after this, I logged into my original account and saw that there was a 'resubmit application' option on my application. That wasnt there before!!! So I guess whoever deleted the interview from my dupe account, reinstated my original application... so now I resubmitted it. Fingers crossed

If the job is still available ring or email the recruitment team and advise you had to cancel your original interview and can they book you on another?

This happened to someone I know (they didn't turn up to the first interview) and in emailing they we're given another slot.
