Man accused of stealing collection boxes goes on the run

A man accused of stealing charity collection boxes has gone on the run.

Michael McGraw, 27, of Church Road, St Annes, failed to attend court and was put on the wanted list.

McGraw is charged with burgling The Royal Mail Office, St Annes, and stealing charity collection boxes belonging to the Stroke Association and the RNLI.

A warrant without bail was issued for his arrest by District Judge David Purcell sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.
