Why Plymouth? Already fed up with broken promises. Managers coming into the office and saying they need Agency Staff because you are lazy.aiden01 wrote:so why just plymouth when most do,s and mc,s are affected. also has your office been balloted.

,wouldn't happen in our office too many arselickers and management sycophants.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

Its time all offices started sticking up for themselves ,these big companies are making vast profits on the back of the workers and treating them like 3rd world workers, absolute disgrace in Britain in the 21st century. As people are leaving they are not being replaced, within 10 years the Royal Mail (which doesn't deserve the name)will be a part time and agency workforce ,which will never be the same again. Once its gone its gone,be under no illusion this could be the last stand.

fed up of bugging rep, got told ABSOLUTELY not a chance in hell of getting made up to 39hrs by him too, 10+ years in the job.
we've had people starting at 3/4/5am since i can't remember, last sept/oct 14 at the least as i did it too,
nobody allowed leave unless it was booked earlier in year,
managers won't do anything that's non "work productive" as it will mean them leaving "their" prep frames and then get moaned at as they're out til 5/6pm delivering
and now loads of agency staff 5-10 per day but maybe 2 people set on, this after 4 ft posties took redundancy in march.
don't get me wrong, being a rep must be a thankless task,
but i'd expect something better than "fill your boots with overtime" and re- management doing our jobs "end of the day some ones got to do it"
