Five year work history

Hi all was just wondering some people have posted that they have to fill out work history on their profile? I have an email to go for an interview and it lists things to bring and documents and there is a part to print out which is a security check disclosure and 5 yr work history to fill out. I presume I fill it out and take to the interview with me? Can't see how I would upload it to my profile? Anyone else had this?

They asked me after interview to fill in something online. So I wouldn't stress too much about it. It's a later step in the process.

Well that stresses me out more!! Because my email to go to interview contains documents to fill out and a health and safety form and a 5 year work history which is attached to a security check form that also asks for my five year address history. I hate it that it's different to what other people are saying!

Take it with you but dont stress too much as I couldn't print anything out and took nothing with me and when I passed the interview stage I was emailed and asked to do it then.
