Phoned Wankard regarding shifts for this week. ANSWER "We sorting them out". No phone call back same casuals in again.
WHEN is someone going to do something about these bullshit lies. ROYAL MAIL should step up and have words with WANKARD.
I was in last week granted and there were 6 people, yes 6 people around 1 York segging. Whilst ME and a couple of other long serving (who no what there doing) casuals did everything else.
And there was 2 or 3 casuals who have been at nwmmc for 8 to 12 months standing in that posy or pussy group.
My philosophy is you go to work to work not pull each others dicks.
And WANKARD put these wasters before me and other hard working long suffering staff and ROYAL MAIL do nowt to help.

Nothingatthemoment spot on. Nobody cares. What gets me is that mangers will ask me to check the work of the useless wasters who are getting my shifts, and the shifts that should be going to people like Stumpy69. That really is taking the p**s. People work too slowly and they make mistakes, but RM still has them back. They make a song and dance about errors, but do nothing to address the source of the problem. Last time I was in a york with 24 trays of letters was left in the wrong dispatch area. Tempting just to leave it where it was.
