Can anyone tell how many months can a CASUAL CHRISTMAS MAIL SORTER work at Royal Mail ? 01 month or 03 months ?

Not 3 months, sometimes 1 month, but also less and on rare occasions 6 weeks.

Most mail centres start Xmas casuals in the first week of December and will terminate them on 23 December, so only 3 weeks.
If there isn't much work in the office they might be terminated earlier. If there is a lot of work, they might be started earlier or kept on after Xmas. But don't count on it.

It also varies a lot from mail centre to mail centre. The one where I work uses a fair number of casuals throughout the year, so it could be a lot longer than that.
