After losing 3 full time posties in March/April we have been told there is going to be another 1 from our office to get evr, is this going to be the future every year or even quicker, is the future now deliveries part time ie. Just come in and pull out then deliver no full timers left.

Easy dom suggests cutting a ft post, union say no we want it filled and lodge a stage 1 disagreement over it, then follow all the stages through upto a rule 13 ballot if needed, I can pretty much guarantee you rm will not let it go as far a ballot and the hours will pretty much stay in the office, rm don't want things going the full way, as they are only left with the option of implementing the cuts through executive action which they really don't want to be seen to be doing at the moment
