evr...being overlooked

In my office there was a preference exercise for evr and buy down of hours etc.
Filled my form in heard nothing, dom says he doesn't know what's happening but union rep should know, asked him and he said the dom needs to sort it out. they both have said they don't know where the preference exercise forms are, we have had a few different doms the last several months.
Word is there will be 4 evr and i have been told by a reliable friend at least one person who started after me has been told by union man he will get evr, what can i do? I feel i am being left out on purpose

Firstly the DOM who was in charge at the time when the preference exercise was undertaken can this person be contacted to find what happened to these forms? You should have received written confirmation that your preference form had been acknowledged and HR would have been copied in for a package deal to be prepared and on receipt of this you should have then been interviewed with the figures available for your acceptance or be with drawn from the preference exercise clearly this has not been done. If your reliable friend is accurate and you should be aware of the rumours that circulate this business then apart from the colleague who is below you in seniority then others have also been notified and you need to take this matter back to your union rep to investigate or contact the next line of management authority at your unit and advise for clarification if EVR are on going at your office.

Dnt worry its just a preference exercise when evr starts strictly in seniority order no matter what has been said
