Just got from good source.

most amendments have been defeated.

agreement cleared by pec pending a few points.

Read into that what you will boys and girls but for me the longer the pec debate it worst it must be!!!! but then I am a rep so I always expect the worst.

it means somebody on the PEC proposes a change to agreement. The change is then debated on. Ammendment is then carried (added) or defeated (dropped)
