absence

I have a stage one absence meeting tomorrow, but am concerned that this is only the second absence they can count, due to the reasons of the other absences being unable to be counted. So the dom had a meeting about changing the start times of part timers, the same day I was in the middle of huge financial problems. As well as an ongoing grievance which I submitted at the start of august, which has still not been addressed, this is regarding my part time hours being increased to full time, which would help my financial situation. So as a result of this, and other outside matters, and the meeting which the dom had with the part timers, I "lost it" a little, and had to go home, as I suffered a nervous breakdown - I also suffer from depression and anxiety. I've just skimmed through the attendance agreement, but can't find anything specific to this. I don't want to be put on a stage warning, as I then fear if I'm needing time off again due to sickness, I'll be subjected to this again. Also, my union rep's not in tomorrow, he's on a course, so I think it can be rescheduled because of this, but just wanting some advice. Thanks

What exact absences have you have you had? ones you think count and ones you think dont

one was a miscarriage (can't count); one was due to a fall at work (can't count); one was heatstroke (can count); and the most recent was a nervous breakdown, which I'm querying whether can be counted

What was the number of days for each, also a fall at work actually can count, it should be discounted but the word is should it depends on the circumstances, actually any sick absence can be counted depending on the circumstances

I appreciate that any absence can be counted, however at the last welcome back to work meeting, the dom said that the miscarriage and fall at work wouldn't count. my main query is as my breakdown was only a week ago, I can't see the benefit to issuing a stage warning for absence with someone who is in a fragile state from having suffered a nervous breakdown and suffering from anxiety and depression. I was just wondering whether that is right for the person? I understand the procedures are there, but surely each case is to be treated individually looking at the circumstances and whether are corrective actions are going to be effected from issuing the stage warning
I can't remember the days absence for each, I think the miscarriage was about 3/4 days, the fall was a week, the sunstroke was a day and the breakdown was 3 days

Two absences totalling 4 days does not trigger a review unless you are a new start, your previous posts suggest you have worked for RM for several years there must either be more absence or something else
