UK Mail Group’s operations director Carl Moore has stepped down from his role, the delivery company said on Thursday.
Moore, who will vacate the role with immediate effect, said his decision was motivated by a desire to pursue other interests.
Meanwhile, the London-listed group said Peter Fuller, the current operation director at Parcelforce, has been appointed as Moore’s replacement and will join the company early in 2016.
"We look forward to welcoming Peter Fuller to UK Mail," said group chief executive Guy Buswell.
"He has a wealth of experience in parcel distribution, particularly with the automated operation at Parcelforce, and will have a key role to play in the future development of UK Mail."
UK Mail Group shares were flat at 402.00p at 1014 BST on Thursday.
