Status

Hi there I hope you can ease my worries! On my profile the job says interview/assessment in the status but I have not had an email. Before when my status said unsuccessful for another job I had an email straight away stating the same. I'm excited I may have an email coming but worried that something's gone wrong and I haven't had an email. The status changed to this on Saturday.does it usually take a few days to send out an email about an interview or is it usually instant as soon as profile status is changed?

Any advise please I would be really grateful

check your spam folders - because of various phishing emails using RMs email address some email servers are sending them there,

I have checked every folder possible several times every day!!! Do you think I should of had an email? Or do they not send them out straight away?

if its anything like it is when you actually work for them its very haphazard and disorganised. Also they are ramping up for Christmas so the recruitment people are processing enough applications to fill 19,000 temp Christmas jobs. All that will slow stuff down so I wouldn't worry too much. Have a search on here for numbers and email addresses and give them a try at some point.

The only number I can find is 01142414422. But as soon as you ring it says sorry you have been disconnected and hangs up, do you know of another number?

Hopefully it will be ok and they just haven't sent out interview invites yet????? Try to keep positive!
