Royal Mail: Father Christmas has begun checking his list, and he's checking it twice

ROYAL Mail has confirmed that children in the UK can begin to send their letters to Father Christmas.

For over 20 years Royal Mail have been sending children a personalised letter after they have written to Father Christmas.

This year is no exception. Children can send their letters to Santa/Father Christmas, Santa's Grotto, Reindeerland,XM4 5HQ and will receive a personalised letter back.

You don’t have to be royalty to create a sumptuous palatial feel in your home. With a few clever décor choices, your humble pad will be fit for the finest of kings and queens.

Alex McConnell has the special task of ensuring children's letters reach Reindeerland at the North Pole, he said:

"We are very proud that Santa has allowed us to help manage the hundreds and thousands of special letters he receives from boys and girls across the UK. His special team of helpers at Royal Mail enjoy taking a peek at what children are asking for this year, and helping Santa reply to these special letters."
