Well, I dunno about Christmas songs, but how about a more topical, catchy little Monty Python hymn instead...

All things scabbed and ulcerous
All pox both great and small

Putrid, foul and gangrenous
The lord God made them all

Err, I'll have to google the rest, as I can't accurately remember the rest of it.
We posties do things differently, but we still get shot at!

To the tune of Jingle Bells..............................

Post by Pochahontas »

Dashing through the snow...... With Royal Mails HCT's

Breaking every Rule........Oh how they are cruel

Trackers on the Vans

TNT Scams

Oh what back breaking work it is - on a Royal Mail walk in town.................

Chorus

"Oh my back Oh my legs

Leighton's on the take

Crozier's a bully

wanna chuck strike breakers in a lake.....................

"Oh my back Oh my legs

DSA' a fake

There's no competition and the postal service is gonna break...................

Now the Day is done, but has the work all gone?

Not a bloody chance.......Mailsort ones just come

Now I'm on my knees

will anyone hear my pleas

"no they wont cos the unions gone - with the local agreements made.......................................

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......................

Sorry I'll get me coat.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Sunday morning hymn: 'All things scabbed and ulcerous'
A hymn this bright Sunday morning from the pen of Eric Idle, sung to the tune of ... well, it should be obvious enough:

All things dull and ugly,
All creatures short and squat,
All things rude and nasty,
The Lord God made the lot

Each little snake that poisons,
Each little wasp that stings,
He made their brutish venom.
He made their horrid wings

All things sick and cancerous,
All evil great and small,
All things foul and dangerous,
The Lord God made them all.

Each nasty little hornet,
Each beastly little squid--
Who made the spikey urchin?
Who made the sharks? He did!

All things scabbed and ulcerous,
All pox both great and small,
Putrid, foul and gangrenous,
The Lord God made them all.
