Hello, trying to find out what time angard will ring up or text you with shifts. Do they operate between 9-5 pm or is at any time 24/7 ?

I think the Office itself is business hours, but you can now and again get texts or calls outside that, 7 am -10 pm maybe?

6am-10pm Monday-Friday, emergencies only on Saturday.
