Why do I fail vetting everyime I apply through RM website

Whenver I have applied through Royal Mail website I always get an email I failed security section, this is mystifying me as I have NO crminal record, no convictions, nothing. Am wondering if its possible that if it has anything to do with a ban against my name when applying though Manpower agency last year when I could not turn up for training? they said I could not re-apply because I missed a training sessions, this was last year 2014 November, but surely that is not a decent reason for failing a security section when applying through the Royal Mail right? surely security failures have something to do with crminal records or DRB issues right? and not a ban for not turning up to a training/inducton a year ago?

Same issue is also happening within my Angard application where I have visited document verfication, even though I have not recieved an email or call about failing the security/vetting section, I have to call them a month later only for them to tell me for someone reason the application is not going through, again has this anything to do with a ban agaist my name for failing to turn up to a induction/training session last year? if so is there a way to get this ban lifted? again I want to be sure if that is the reason why my security vetting does not go through, then again would I not recieve an email straight away after document session that I failed security/vetting issue? I just don't know what to do.

Have you thought that maybe someone else with a similar name, but same birthdate as you, is a dodgy character and the powers that be are getting you both confused ?
Might be worth asking Royal Mail for a more detailed answer for why they declined your application, but I don't think that they're obliged to explain.

Also they may be using the security angle when in fact their issue may be reliability.

Well you must have sent your application form to someone, whether electronically or by post. Use the same contact details to address your query.

I contrated Royal Mail vetting/security through email. First they said you need to write to them/submit to get your security report. Secondly they said there is no block on my name and no record, they said what I did i.e. applying for roles, so I take that as no security issues?

If there is someone with the same name surely the likes of Angard, Royal Mail, Manpower etc can know the difference when comparing national insurance numbers, address and other detail/information right? at least they could tell me specificually that was the reason right?

lastly Angard said my appication was/is not submitted through security checks yet, so it's not security/vetting that is the issue, it's the fact that datails such as branching questions, security concent details etc not there, how that's happened I don't know, as I gave in my data at ILC-Royal Mail at the start of September.

Is it possible the above issues can be equated to the details such as 5 year history? the fact that I lived in another town for just 3 weeks to 1 month from an address that Iived for 26 years. For example the question of " have you been iving ain this address for 5 yearrs" I said yes, as I moved there in the 1980s, however I did live in another town for few weeks, but I did not put that down in that question, as i felt it was irrelevant and not long enough, I mean what am I suppose to put down? I have to say YES don't I to the question of living at 5 years at your current address. Unless they mean everytime you move in to the address it starts again?

anyway has anybody else had an issue wiht Angard about some details going missing in their application when processing the pack? if so what happened? how did you rectify it even if that happened? my situation is I have had 2 recruitment sessions/ID verfifications, all vaidated at Royal Mail ILC. But it's alway a caue of oh the document checker not going through, so recently I was told to start the application again BUT without going into recurtuiment to do the document/ID verification aspect, as I already done it, they knew that hence advising me not to go. They said to be inpatience and wait..
