Interview Tips..... It's been a while
Hi everyone. I recently applied for a job at Royal Mail, completed the online assessment and was offered an interview (according to my postman Ive done well to get that far. Not sure if he was being sarcastic lol.) I am extremely nervous to say the least. Its been almost 6 years since I have worked (completed a degree) and my partner has been our family's income source. My interview is next week and I was hoping someone could offer me some advice on what kind of questions i'll be asked (job is p/t driver) and what should I wear to the interview? I literally haven't had a job interview in at least 3 years. The last one I had I remember being a bag of nerves too. Any advice would be great.

wirral,
I found the info in the post/thread below invaluable:
http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... 91#p538366
personally, as a bloke I wore a suit and tie for my interview, others may suggest
I was overdressed but hey, I got the job....
Good luck
YB
