WTL...'nuff said... it's all propaganda and bad news items coming out of this shite. They probably won't do another WTL for a while due to backlogs but when they do, let's ALL either not attend or walk out. what do you think?

its a straight threat of conduct code if we refuse to attend the brainwashing, from now on though if they want me to go to one they will have to take bags off me,with these new start times they cant expect anyone to go seeing as its our own time we are wasting

our manager is an absolute arse, we arent even allowed to have a smoke, even on our breaks, if he sees a few missing he flies straight outside looking for us, its like being back at school

we get threatened with conduct for alnost anything, smoking, not wearing bike helmets, not wearing high vis jackets, refusing to go to wtl, its unbelievable

my mate who works at a neighbouring office said they had their frst wtl today for a few weeks he also said that in the male toilets they have 6 cubicles and that all 6 became engaged just before wtl started. one of he screws became aware of this and knocked on each door and said sorry to disturb but can you just say your name, don't you think this is a breach of human rights, someone could have been genuinely banging one out in there.

I LOVE worktime bullshxx............feet up with a cuppa watching the dim squirm at the questions asked. The propaganda crap goes in one ear and out the other but when it's our time to ask questions we let him have it.
