I have an interview next week at the sorting office in Warrington as a Christmas casual was wondering what the changes are at actually being kept on after Christmas on a perm contract??
I know a lot depends on how hard i work obviously, and if there is even any vacancies.

Zero, or as good as.
The best you can hope for is being offered a zero-hour contract by Angard.

I worked at royal mail in Warrington last Christmas and didn't get a job offer. So it's very unlikely they keep you on.

How many shifts do you get offered at Xmas time? Is there plenty of overtime?

I think I did Tuesdays to Saturdays last year with Sunday over time and they always ask if you can stay an extra hour on the day
