Fixed 3 month contract
Hi can any one tell me if after my 3 month fixed term contract ends will I get another one or will that be the end of my time with Royal Mail? It just seems daft considering how long the process is. Also my induction is a week on Monday 9.30 to 5.30 does anyone know if it will finish earlier than that?

My induction day was scheduled for 0900 to 1700, there could be a little flexibility depending on
how many tea breaks and how long people wanted for lunch, but it pretty much lasted
the scheduled hours (especially as you're getting paid for it as part of your weekly hours!)
