HELP PLEASE!!
so basically ive applied for 'Christmas Casual NE Parcel Sort Centre - Early' and i have recieved an email saying ive been invited to a registration event which has not been specified where and when it will take place? also they have gave me several steps to follow, one in which includes printing my application form. So ive tried to access my application form , ive clicked the 'view/edit' button and my application form has no data there , then ive clicked the print preview and still theres no data what so ever. can someone help me in who to contact and what to do.

Re: HELP PLEASE!!
I didn't receive any email asking me to print the application or what forms I would need to take with me. Only 1 email saying to book an interview then another to confirm the interview date.
I've been through this process before so I know I usually get an email with attachments to print out giving me a list of other things I need to photocopy and print out.
Their system doesn't seem to be working correctly.
I will mail them and suggest you do the same christmas_helpline@royalmail.com

Re: HELP PLEASE!!
I too have a problem with finding documents I need to take with me. I managed to print application and health consent form but can't find the bank details form or the P13. Anyone have any ideas where I can find them as the link they sent me doesn't seem to work. I don't want to be turned away as I only have some of the items.

Re: HELP PLEASE!!
I have had a reply from their email helpline:
IMPORTANT – WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO YOUR REGISTRATION EVENT
Step 1 – Ensure that you have printed your application form. If you have not printed it you will need to log back onto your candidate profile – select Job Management and Jobs Applied – select the correct application form from the actions drop down choose to view/edit your application form and print preview and print.
We are aware of the technical printing issue, you will only be able to print your application when your status is SCHEDULED INTERVIEW
We appreciate that your application contains very sensitive data and will be treated accordingly. We do, however, need you to bring this with you so that we can check data relating to your right to work.
Step 2 – Please bring with you 2 passport-sized photographs (45mm x 35mm) this is for your Identity Card when you start work.
Step 3 – You will be required to bring a number of documents with you in order for us to carry out our first stage of security checks. Failure to bring this documentation will result in us not being able to offer you a job role.
You will need: original and copies
• Proof of Identification
• The correct Right To Work documentation for the UK
• Proof of your current address (this must be the same address as shown on your application)
• Proof of National Insurance number
The guide which explains what you need to bring can be found on the following link within our recruitment website, along with copies of all of the forms detailed within steps 4 – 7 below.
http://www.royalmailgroup.com/node/6526" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Step 4 - Print out 2 copies of the bank details form and complete and bring to the Registration event with you. Bring a bank card or bank statement for this to be checked against. Royal Mail can only pay you through a bank account. Post Office Accounts are not accepted.
Step 5 - Print out the Health Consent form and complete and bring to the Registration event with you.
Step 6 – Please read the P13 form as you will be required to sign a copy of this at the registration event.
Step 7 - Please read the Terms of Engagement document, as you will be required to sign a copy of this at the registration event.”

Re: HELP PLEASE!!
Thanks for the above, this will help a lot of people. I notice that we now have to print 2 bank forms, I wont make the obvious comment!
PS To the above- In one place it says to read the P13, but when you click on the link above, it tells you to print it, so another mistake!
