What to wear for induction & first day.
Hi all. First post. I have my induction on Monday 21st and I was wondering whats best to wear? Should I go suited & booted like an interview or is it ok to wear jeans, trainers etc? Also what should I wear for my first day which is the following day as obviously I have no uniform or will I be told this at the induction. Thank you.

Re: What to wear for induction & first day.
Had my Induction on Monday, in an email it stated jeans and trainers are OK and they were.
Today was 1st day in office. Unclear what form the day will take. Without uniform, I took the decision to wear one of my own shirts (happened to be light blue), cargo trousers (lots of pockets) and walking boots. I also took a waterproof coat and a fleece...just in case I was outside...which I was.
So, own clothes, although nothing too 'loud' but comfortable and be prepared for whatever the weather and the day throws at you. That's why I took "everything"...
Hope this helps.
