Says no current applications after submitting 2?!

Hello, new to the site. I am concerned because I have applied for two positions with Royal Mail and when I go to check my application status it says 'you have no current applications'. The thing is this was the case after the first application I did and I thought perhaps it just hadn't shown up on there yet. I did a second application and remember seeing a screen after the completion of the second application for a different job that showed two applications, saying 1 application received and 1 application received and the tests completed (or similar). This makes me think the applications may of gone through OK but why can't I find them in the place they are meant to be? Or could I look in another place to find the screen that seemed to show them. Any ideas? I tried phoning Royal Mail but they signposted me to the Royal Mail website....

No idea in afraid but you aren't alone.I am supposedly in the security checks stage of getting a job (still waiting at 4 weeks when they said 2 on the phone) and my application status has said no applications the whole time.
I have emailed numerous times and wait 2-3 weeks before I get a response and by that time the answer isn't even relevant.Im so stressed now, I have no idea what is going on and no way of speaking to anyone about it :(

Oh dear, poor you! Kind of reassuring to know that you were offered a job and it said no application, though worrying the process seems slow and you don't know what is going on... Good luck to you too!
