It may surprise some I hope Labour is not dead but to come to its sense in their choice of leader, we need an effective opposition to counter balance the Conservatives, if they vote Corbyn as leader, I don't think that will be the case.

An effective Opposition has to oppose. New Labour have not done that for ages.

How do you counterbalance the conservatives when 3 of the candidates support or don't actively oppose Tory policies. Austerity lite and abstaining in the Welfare vote, that was lowest point in New Labour Project.

Also how do people equate Corbyn being unelectable when the Majority of the public support his Re-Nationalisation policy, and even Economsists say his polices are credible, and in his own constituency he has never been re-elected on less than, or close to 50% . As for printing money to help the poorer off in economy, why is it being slated when the conservatives did it for business and banks they called it Quantative easing, so whats the difference.

Do you have any evidence of public support and economist support his economic policies ? if so i would like to read up on this providing its from an unbiased source. the public may support renationalisation ( its probably subjective depending on how you ask the question if such a survey has been done) I am pretty sure they don't support his questionable associations with terrorists or his plans for defence. I am not privy to the minds of the Bank of England decision to enact quantitative easing, from what I understand it was to ensure there is money in the cash machines and branches to pay out, as all the money held in bank accounts are not immediately realisable in notes, most of it is paid in electronic form, if everybody drew out their entire saving from bank accounts, there wouldn't be enough notes printed to pay it.

It doesn't matter what the Labour membership think, they are not the one that put it in Government, it the general population that ultimately decides.

You're taking this vote too seriously. Vote Corbyn ALL THE WAY. We all know ,and so does he, that he will never be PM. This is not the point. It's time for a REAL opposition not Tory light. Get rid of the old 'New Labour' forever. Time to speak up for the majority.

Indeed I have that's the benefit of a free speech democracy that I believe in and fought for, the Labour is free to choose their leaders , I still think it's a bad choice. Time will tell, those who fail to learn from the past is doomed to repeat the mistakes in the future.

Strangely my opinion is the exact opposite. I think the Conservatives are the biggest danger to security, especially when it comes to employment and for those falling on hard times. IDS, if I believed in good and evil, should be branded with χξϛ on his arse
