Angard enrolling Christmas staff, what about the long serving hard working staff they already have on there books. 4 weeks I've received shifts of angard out of 11 and that's been a shift here a shift there. Anyone new or thinking of work for angard I would think twice. The chew people up and spit you out the other end willy nilly. They use and abuse your human rights and degrade you with there zero hour contracts. There is no integratey when it comes to angard. And if you think royal mail will help think again there about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. O you could as ways suck or kiss ass to get extra shifts. I can point you in the direction of experienced trainers in this.

So the Tuesday after a bank holiday Angard send in staff for their very first shifts, and RM allows this to happen. Does not reflect well on either party, but since neither seems to care I guess everything must be ok. You've got to wonder where the kickbacks are with this system. So you are tripping over newbs who don't have a clue and it's not my business to tell them. Then you have the pathetic sight of new people complaining about the even newer people and asking what are Angard playing at. Sorry folks, but welcome to our world. Once you've done your 12 weeks expect to fall off the radar like the rest of us.
