The cheek of it!

Post by Wild Rover »

Managers in our d/o going round this morning asking would staff like to come in an hour early to help out with the backlog.

f***ing joke. Isnt this part reason why we were striking - later starts? Now they want staff back in at normal time :no no

What's even more hard to believe is the number of people who put their names down - two faced sh***s ---it was these same people who all went out saying they'd never help once the s**t hit the fan with the backlogs.

Same in my office. Later starts but people being asked to come in an hour early on OT to clear up the backlog. Also people still coming in between 30 - 45 mins before their duties start and prepping their walks. Sad w*****s if you ask me.

If this is the case advise your manager you want a grievence form and tell him that hes discriminating against you because of you beliefs then instruct him that you will be seeking legal advice, its comes under the discrimination at work act, its treated the same as discriminating against people because of the colour of there skin or sexuality etc :cfo :lfo

Some postal workers are their own worst enemies, sad, but true.
