Pickaname was informed by someone at my division of this have no reason to disbelieve and i think i said roughly what you did.
Thats why its taking so long they are just coming up with a completely different deal to take back to RM!!!!!!!!!!! Well Maybe..............................
If the deal can't be rattified then it must be rejected. You don't make amendments. Reject it, tell RM why, then get back on the picket lines until we get a good deal. Feck this namby pamby talky shite

Its true the deal is very specific around flexibility it must be local not area, division or national it talks about local reps managers and staff coming up with their own plan.

Better book myself a week off to read it. Must be bigger than War & Peace. Absolutely f***ing mentol. If this ends up rejected and with the strikes now off, we are back to square 1 and no way can I see people in my office tolerating another series of strikes to bail out what amounts to CWU incompetence.

How do you recover from a highly sucessful yet wasted 48 hour strike though...you think members will go out again for 48? Thought you'd be thinking that...

Dictated by senior management to area management and then to the doms, when have they ever let us come up with our own plans?
