I wish I could say things are improving but they're not. I'm being made to feel like I've done something wrong, made to jump through hoops. Had an oh assist call that backed me up as far as not being on delivery. I've been unwell, under such stress and terrified of losing this baby. So now being told I'll need to travel 30 miles round trip per day on public transport to go to another office :(

Manager still gossiping and making very insensitive comments. So I think I need to put a grievance in but no clue how to do this without a rep and with him being the only manager here?

Go sick and highlight the fact that it is because of the insensitivity that you are stressed and could jeopardise your condition. Get in touch with HQ as well.
