Hi guys,
anyone knows about the shift allowances for lates and nights, as i will be working saturday nights would it include sundays allowance as well, for eg its £365 per week how much would i get approx for 15 hours 36 minutes contract! and my other mate is working lates same hours contract but lates only

Sunday premium adds on about £5.35 an hour. Night allowance around £2.40?
Sorry I don't have lates. I'm sure the exact figures are around here somewhere. These allowances also boost your overtime rate under 39 hours (your SSPR.)

thanks mate, i calculated it clocks around 750 - 800 month for 15hrs 48 mins contract! hoping to get some overtime hopefully

Oh, yeah. I've been there for about four years now.
It's unlike other mail centres where I've worked in that it seems like overtime is always available. From as much as you can handle to at least a minimum of a shift a week. Knock on wood, that might change overnight, but I don't see that happening in the run-up to Christmas.
