Royal Mail van involved in accident in Cinderford

People in the Forest of Dean still received their mail today despite a Royal Mail van being involved in a crash in Cinderford.

The incident happened just after 10.30am this morning, Wednesday, in St White's Road, just outside the primary school.

It involved the Royal Mail van and another car.

St White's Road was partially blocked while a recovery vehicle was called to collect the van.

There were no injuries but the van was out of commission for the rest of the day.

A spokesman from the Royal Mail said: "The mail was transferred to another Royal Mail van for delivery to our customers."

To be fair to the fitters,they are probably treated the same as us,too much work and not enough time.

haha yes thats basically guaranteed, probably left for the floater or reserve with nothing written in the log book and no fuel
