In the final episode of the three-part series, this behind-the-scenes look at plans to revitalise the Post Office concludes with a visit to the Kennington Crown branch in South London, which has been reinvented as a refurbished, hi-tech 'concept branch' to trial new technology, products and services.

Meanwhile, in Whitstable, Kent, residents take to the streets in a last-ditch attempt to stop their Crown Post Office from moving, and in rural Wales, one man struggles to find a way to keep village Post Offices open when their postmasters hand in their notice or decide to retire, and his efforts prove that Post Office's promise to avoid shutting branches is not an easy one to keep. Last in the series.

Watched a bit of episode 1, was thoroughly boring, residents and postmasters moaning at change, the PO just repeating the company line.
