This locally agreed 30 mins of flexibillity?

As my office, we constantly go over our duty times on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, can we carry these 30 mins to a Saturday so we can all finish 1hr 30mins earlier??????

Thats my worry its got to still be there and what have they done to our Pension.

What about us indoor staff on the lsm's we were told in the summer when the work is light we would be doing shorter hours and in the winter when it get's busier ie xmas we will have to work back the hours for nothing ie 12 hour days does this still apply in this new deal

Longs and shorts, how much time is made mondays or tuesdays and how often? Tuesday in my office is light regardless of doing the job properly there is time to take and add on to the week later on.

Heard today that the PEC have made 23 amendments to the deal :shock: Still dont know when we are gonna see it.

Its about forty ammendments 23 from the officers and approx 17 from the PEC
