Afaik IHR lump sum is 34 weeks, plus up to 12 weeks PILON depending on length of service, plus pay for any outstanding AL.
Still less than half the maximum amount of 104 weeks for VR.

Do you get pilon then?. I just assumed you got the lump sum and that was it. So your probably looking around 16 to 17 grand then including your share money. I don't know why that guy said nearly 20.
The only point that I am sure has been made on this forum b4. Is, you will not be offered VR if you are on a stage 2 warning. I may have read the article wrongly though.
People on this forum have said that you do still get PILON with IHR.
Ok thanks baldrick. I never knew that. As i say I've heard various figures being thrown about. Usually it's 15 grand but as i say for some reason that guy was 19.
Sorry Tman just read your reply ,the " logic" was OHS had said it could be a year before I got back to work ,Manager pushing for IHR so YES I think I was Shafted good style
That's not the "managers" pushing, but RM.
Not many employees are kept employed if the absence could extend to a year (or longer); it's government policy and has been for years now.
