I maybe joining on a fixed term contract.
I am going to Cyprus for 2 weeks and two days.
Am I entitled to any paid holiday.

Only what you accrue so it depends on how long you'll be working at RM and how soon you are going.

However, RM usually honour previously booked holidays when recruiting so tell them ASAP.

Also, this is a guess but what they'll probably do is pay you your basic hours for the holiday, then if your contract is finished before you have accrued enough they will recoup the unearned leave through your pay.

I really want to take this job but obviously with bills to pay and already paid for my hols I'm a bit concerned. Hence why asking for the info.
I would be on a 6 month contract. Tho I would be praying i get longer eventually

If you can hack the first 2 months or so then its likely you will be offered another 3 - 6 month contract. If your initial contract is 6 months then that should give you 3 weeks leave for the whole 6 months so it looks as though you'll be fine.


How many hours have they offered you.
