Hello everybody
I am just started new postmen.Just wanted to ask about contract and pay.If I have in contract 365£ per week.Can somebody tell why my tax and NIC is taken of from 304£ but not from 365£ as it said in contract?Where goes almost 60£?Thank you

How many hours are you contracted for as the figure given is usually 39 hours so any less and it will reduce.

Thats about right then. £365 for 39 hours = £9.35 per hour (goes up 50p twice in 6 monthly steps).

32.5hrs = £304

So it means if I working 32.5 hours then they take of tax from 304 even if in contract is 365?Then thats not very much :coolr So how about after year when pay rises from 9.10 to 10.15?It still will come of from 304 or from 365?

Sorry mate but you need to read your contract and the recruitment stuff. Royal Mail pay rates are based on 39 hours (even on the paychit) but you will only be paid the £365 if you do 39 hours. Your tax is based on what you earn, not on what your hourly contract is.
